Daniel W. Walker, CPA

Dan heads up the international tax services group and has over eighteen years of public accounting experience with both local and international “Big 4” accounting firms.  Dan’s practice focuses primarily on transfer pricing and international and entity level tax matters for multi-national enterprises.

Dan has lectured on the federal and international implications of international business expansion and federal tax incentives.  He has also authored several articles on various international tax topics.  He has served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s International Taxation Committee.  He has also served as a board member of the Tennessee Workforce Development Board, the Tennessee Biotechnology Committee, and currently serves as a trustee and treasurer of the Tennessee Federal Tax Institute.

Dan maintains a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.

Marshall K. Hollis, CPA

Marshall specializes in the international tax and transfer pricing area and has over twelve years of public and private accounting experience.  Marshall’s practice specifically focuses on international tax and transfer pricing planning and compliance.  Prior to joining Thompson Dunavant Global Solutions, Marshall spent two years in the international tax department of FedEx.  While at FedEx, he was primarily responsible for conducting transfer pricing studies for over 200 foreign locations.  

Marshall has served as the Treasurer of the Phoenix Club (Boys & Girls Club of Memphis) as well as a board member of the Memphis International Trade Association.  

Marshall maintains a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from Christian Brothers University.
